Transformational Yoga – For Ongoing Practice
If you’re ready to deepen your yoga journey, build strength and flexibility, and experience lasting physical, mental, and emotional transformation, this is the class for you.
Each 60-minute session blends:
Floor-based warm-ups to gently prepare your body
Standing and balancing poses to build stability and focus
Sun salutations for energy and flow
Alignment guidance to keep your practice safe and effective
A touch of yoga philosophy to inspire your week
A themed focus to give your practice intention
And, of course, a blissful final relaxation in savasana
Expect variety (Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin), a supportive atmosphere, and a healthy dose of laughter along the way. Options and modifications are offered so you can practice at a level that’s right for you—though this class is not suitable for complete beginners. Membership Perks
All in-person classes run on a monthly membership—keeping you committed, consistent, and supported. Membership also gives you access to any of my 6 in-person yoga classes per week, so if you miss your regular session, you can easily catch up.
