About Jordanna

I take everything seriously, except for myself.

After years as a fitness instructor, I discovered the joy of movement as my guiding force, blending physical and emotional fitness with creativity and self-expression. Now, teaching yoga, my focus has shifted to the deeper connection of mind, body, and spirit that yoga uniquely offers.

It took me nearly half a century to find yoga, I didn’t even know I was looking, but once I did, it engaged me intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. While movement and dance fueled decades in fitness, yoga feels like the destination I was meant for.

People tell me learning with me feels fun, welcoming, and easy to follow. I like to think I’m engaging, but really, it’s about making space for you to be exactly where you are.

How I Fell in Love With Yoga

Welcome to Jordanna Offers Yoga

Yoga doesn’t have to be perfect, impressive, or serious to be meaningful.

At Jordanna Offers Yoga, I offer thoughtful, accessible yoga and meditation for real life — for people who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in themselves.

My classes are grounded, welcoming, and human. We move, we breathe, we pause. We build strength and mobility, but we also build awareness, confidence, and trust in ourselves. There’s space to take it seriously without taking yourself too seriously.

What I offer

I teach yoga as a practice you can return to again and again — whether you’re brand new, coming back after a break, managing pain or stress, or simply wanting something more nourishing than a workout.

You’ll find:

  • clear, supportive teaching

  • an emphasis on sustainable strength and mobility

  • space to listen to your body

  • calm encouragement rather than pressure

  • moments of lightness and humour, because joy matters too

I don’t believe yoga is about fixing yourself. It’s about getting to know yourself — and learning how to meet whatever’s here with a little more steadiness and care.

About me

I’m not interested in chasing perfection or pretending yoga will give you all the answers.

I teach because yoga has helped me live with more honesty, resilience, and perspective — especially when things are difficult. I bring that same realism and warmth into my classes.

My approach is practical, inclusive, and rooted in experience. You don’t need to look a certain way, move a certain way, or believe anything in particular to belong here.

If you’re wondering whether this is for you…

If you want a practice that supports your body and your nervous system
If you’re curious about yoga but wary of feeling out of place
If you want consistency, encouragement, and space to grow at your own pace

You’re very welcome.

Take a look around, book a class, or get in touch if you’re unsure where to start.

I’m glad you’re here.
