Are your classes beginner-friendly?
All of my classes include alternative movements, so the practice can meet you where you are. I also offer specific beginner-friendly classes.
Alongside this, I regularly host workshops, online videos, and courses designed for beginners. Explore my offerings to find what’s best suited for you.
I want a membership, but what happens if I can’t attend a class?
I offer a range of membership options designed to help you build realistic, consistent habits that fit into your daily life. If you can’t make it to a class, that’s okay.
All memberships run on a rolling basis, and you can pause your membership if there’s a period when you know you’ll miss more classes than you’d like.
I’m injured - can I still attend a class?
I always recommend consulting your doctor or physiotherapist before attending a class. If they give you the go-ahead, please let me know about your injury before the class so I can offer suitable modifications and support you safely.
