How It’s Broken Down

Each weekday brings a gentle theme, a stepping stone on your path to balance and wellbeing:

  • Monday - Standing Poses: Learning & relearning the most common standing poses from the ground up. Improving strength, balance and presence.

  • Tuesday - Seated Poses: Melt into calm and easy flexibility with child's pose, seated twists and side bends, adding a little fire with boat pose.

  • Wednesday - Backbends: Open your heart and explore the energising properties of beginner backbends

  • Thursday - Inversions: Inversions help us to look at the world from a different perspective

  • Friday - Breath Foundations: Breathe fully, relax deeply, live freely. A beginners guide to the breath in all its fullness.

By repeating each week, you’ll have space to really settle into the practice, feeling yourself grow stronger, calmer, and more confident with every breath.
