Start your year with gentle, guided yoga sessions designed for beginners and those seeking to build sustainable habits. This four-week live online series takes place Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM (GMT) via Zoom, from January 5th through January 30th.
Each weekday focuses on a specific theme to create balance, confidence, and growth in your practice:
Mondays - Standing Poses: Learning & relearning the most common standing poses from the ground up. Improving strength, balance and presence.
Tuesdays - Seated Poses: Melt into calm and easy flexibility with child's pose, seated twists and side bends, adding a little fire with boat pose.
Wednesdays - Backbends: Open your heart and explore the energising properties of beginner backbends
Thursdays - Inversions: Inversions help us to look at the world from a different perspective
Fridays - Breath Foundations: Breathe fully, relax deeply, live freely. A beginners guide to the breath in all its fullness.
By repeating each week, you’ll have space to really settle into the practice, feeling yourself grow stronger, calmer, and more confident with every breath.
These weekly repeating sessions allow you to embed the practices, deepen your awareness, and progress at your own pace with supportive guidance. It is ideal for beginners or those refreshing their practice.
To celebrate your journey, a special in-person class will be held on Sunday, February 1st. Join this community gathering to reflect, celebrate, and connect.
