Picture this: it's 7 AM, the world is still half-asleep, and you're on your mat, embracing the beauty of a new day. Now, let me share a recent gem that perfectly captures the essence of morning yoga's ripple effect.
So, frequently members of my morning yogi squad check in with me or with each other after class. Today, I received a voice message that lit up my day. One of my yogis, gearing up for a massive conference in Portugal for her rubber business, was feeling the pre-travel stress tsunami. She had a to-do list longer than a giraffe's neck and felt like she was drowning in overwhelm.
But, you know what she did? Instead of succumbing to the chaos, she hit the virtual mat with us at 7 AM.
