September Meditation Reset

This is a 30-day meditation journey where to help you build a simple, sustainable meditation habit with approachable daily practices designed to fit into your busy life.

15 minutes each weekday morning we'll meditate together starting your day with calm and focus. Sunday evenings offer soothing Yoga Nidra sessions to help you unwind and sleep deeply, while Saturdays bring mindfulness challenges that encourage you to bring meditation off the cushion and into your daily routines.

Morning Meditation Times

⏰ 6:35am- 6:50am OR 7:35am- 7:50am ⏰

The Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 15-minute live meditations at 6:35 -6:50AM or 7:35–7:50 AM BST (with replays, so no stress if you miss one)
  • Sundays: 30-minute relaxing meditation for better sleep (e.g., Yoga Nidra), 8:30–9:00 PM BST
  • Saturdays: Mindfulness challenges delivered by email to help you apply meditation skills in daily life
  • Special Event September 28th: End-of-Challenge in-person yoga and meditation session to celebrate your progress (no evening Zoom that day)
  • Access: Join live for accountability and connection, or catch up with recorded sessions anytime.
