This friendly, down-to-earth 30-day journey invites you to gradually build a simple, sustainable meditation habit with approachable daily practices designed to fit into your busy life. Each weekday morning, you’ll find bite-sized guided meditations to start your day with calm and focus. Sunday evenings offer soothing Yoga Nidra sessions to help you unwind and sleep deeply, while Saturdays bring mindfulness challenges that encourage you to bring meditation off the cushion and into your daily routines. Monday to Friday: 15-minute live meditations. Two sessions to choose from ⏰ 6:35 - 6:50AM or 7:35–7:50 AM BST (with replays, so no stress if you miss one)
Sundays: 30-minute relaxing meditation for better sleep (e.g., Yoga Nidra), 8:30–9:00 PM BST
Saturdays: Mindfulness challenges delivered by email to help you apply meditation skills in daily life
