Weekly Themes

  • Monday: Intention setting
  • Tuesday: Breath and/or Mantra
  • Wednesday: Mindfulness meditation - breath, thoughts, feelings
  • Thursday: Pot Luck—Visualisation, Zen, Chanting, Chakra, Contemplation or themes e.g acceptance, forgiveness.
  • Friday: Loving Kindness, Gratitude etc

  • Those with some experience, returning practitioners wanting daily structure.
  • Anyone seeking the accountability and inspiration of a group.
  • Not a teaching or introductory program—courses for beginners launch again in the New Year.
