- Monday: Intention setting
- Tuesday: Breath and/or Mantra
- Wednesday: Mindfulness meditation - breath, thoughts, feelings
- Thursday: Pot Luck—Visualisation, Zen, Chanting, Chakra, Contemplation or themes e.g acceptance, forgiveness.
- Friday: Loving Kindness, Gratitude etc
- Those with some experience, returning practitioners wanting daily structure.
- Anyone seeking the accountability and inspiration of a group.
- Not a teaching or introductory program—courses for beginners launch again in the New Year.
