This offering is for those who would like a more personal, responsive meditation practice, shaped around their life rather than a fixed formula.

Each month, you receive a bespoke recorded meditation, created specifically for you. Together we decide what kind of practice will be most supportive — this might be mindfulness-based, body-focused, visualisation, breath-led, or a more restorative, nervous-system-soothing practice.

Some months you may want something steady and grounding; other months something shorter, gentler, or more energising. The length and style can change as your needs change, allowing the practice to evolve rather than stay fixed.

• One personalised meditation audio each month
Created in response to what you’re experiencing and what you’d like support with. Length and style will vary — there’s no “one size fits all” approach.

• Monthly check-in with me
A gentle check-in (online or by message) to reflect on how the meditation is landing and to decide what might be helpful for the following month.

• Access to the Monthly Sunday Meditation
You’re welcome to join the live monthly group meditation, and you’ll also receive the recording.

• Full access to my Meditation Library
Over 70 guided meditations (and growing), so you can dip into different practices whenever you need something different from your personal meditation.

Why I offer meditation this way

Regular practice is what allows meditation to have a real impact. The difficulty is that no single time or structure works for everyone.

By offering recorded, personalised meditations alongside optional live sessions, this approach supports habit-building while allowing you to choose the timing and structure that fits your life.

I offer these two pathways because people need different things at different times:

  • Sometimes we want a shared space to pause and practice together.

  • Sometimes we want something personal, flexible, and quietly supportive in the background of our lives.

Both options are designed to reduce pressure and increase continuity — so meditation becomes something you return to, not something you fall behind on.
