The Yoga Habit is a membership for those of you who are

  • new or newer to yoga
  • want a gentler start to your day
  • looking to establish a regular routine of yoga and meditation.
  • established yogis who would like to revisit the yoga foundations

The Yoga Habit membership gives you a 30-minute morning practice (7 - 7.30am) on three mornings a week Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
Starting the day with The Yoga Habit sets a positive tone for the rest of the day, and helps you to establish a consistent morning routine promoting:

  • clarity
  • focus
  • calm
  • a sense of purpose for the day.

Creating a structured routine that includes time for self-care and personal growth helps to promote greater productivity and a deeper sense of happiness and fulfilment.

The Yoga Habit will support, nurture and encourage yogis in developing their practice. I take pride in creating a sense of comfort and community in my classes, helping everyone to progress at their own pace and build confidence in their practice. I want this membership to be a gateway to making yoga part of your life.

What will you do in a Yoga Habit practice: You can expect to begin with a brief centring exercise, allowing you to tune into your breath and quiet your mind. From there, we'll explore various foundational yoga poses, paying attention to alignment and offering modifications to suit your individual needs. Through intentional movement and breath control, you'll discover the benefits of increased body awareness and find joy in the present moment.
We will end each session with a guided meditation, providing an opportunity to find stillness and connect with your inner self.


The Yoga Habit is about consistency. By committing to three mornings a week, yogis can develop a habit of incorporating these practices into daily life, leading to long-term physical, mental, and emotional benefits.
