This 6-Week Online Chair Yoga course has been designed for people of all ages, with or without health challenges, as well as anyone new to yoga.

I believe that yoga really is for everyone. The more yoga I teach, the more I realise that not all yoga classes are accessible to everyone.

Yoga is more than just the physical postures. This course will incorporate other aspects of a yoga practice, such as breath work, relaxation, yogic ideas (and philosophy where relevant). However, the physical postures of yoga are central to the practice of yoga. Therefore I have developed this Chair Yoga course to adapt the physical aspects of yoga to make them accessible to all.

Who is it for?

Chair Yoga is for everyone and anyone who wants to practice yoga. You don't have to be old, injured or new to yoga but It’s a truly accessible practice if you are. Chair Yoga is accessilbe for people with:
