Feel Good Gentle Yoga

Let the day’s tension melt away in this slow, nurturing yoga class designed to help you unwind, release stress, and leave feeling calm, balanced, and refreshed.


We move mindfully through gentle stretches and simple standing postures that ease stiffness, improve mobility, and restore your energy—without putting strain on wrists or knees.

You’ll be guided through a peaceful sequence:

  • Arrive & Ground – take a moment to breathe, tune in, and let go of the outside world
  • Gentle Warm-Up – loosen tight muscles and wake up the body
  • Simple Standing Poses – build strength, stability, and ease
  • Balancing Posture – find focus and calm
  • Cool Down & Relaxation – stretch, soften, and sink into deep rest

There are no tricky transitions, no vinyasas, gentle on the wrists and knees—making this class beginner-friendly and ideal if you’re looking for a gentle practice that’s kind to your joints.

Whether you’re new to yoga or simply want a slower-paced class to de-stress and reconnect, you’re warmly welcome. You’ll leave feeling lighter in body and mind, and ready for the rest of your week.
