RISBY YOGA- Wednesdays 9:30am

Risby Beginner Yoga began in September 23. It's small, intimate, extremely friendly but growing community.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to rekindle your practice, I will guide you through a balanced and holistic yoga practice, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques. This class will help you to discover the numerous benefits of yoga as you build strength, improve your balance, increase flexibility, and find more inner peace.

Join this small group of yogis and take the first step towards a healthier mind and body. No prior experience required – all you need is an open heart and a willingness to embrace the present moment.

All my in-person classes run on a monthly membership. This helps keep you committed and accountable. It also gives you the choice of 6 in-person yoga classes a week should you need to miss your regular class for any reason.
