Welcome to Beginners Yoga Course 101
This 8-Week course is designed to take your through the foundations of yogic breath and movement. The 8 practices that make up 'Beginners Yoga 101' will help you to understand how to master the different aspects of a beginner yoga practice. Each practice will be begin with a few minutes of centring bringing you into the present moment. You wlll learn yogic breathing and a balance of seated and standing poses. Every practice ends with a complete relaxation. You can repeat each class as often as you like this will help you to build strength, flexibility and confidence.
