This 6-Week Chair Yoga course was designed and and carried out initially on Zoom for participants of different ages, different abilities, strengths & limitations.
Yoga is more than just the physical postures. These videos incorporate other aspects of a yoga practice, such as breath work, relaxation, yogic ideas (and philosophy where relevant). However, the physical postures of yoga are central to the practice of yoga. Therefore I have developed this Chair Yoga course to adapt the physical aspects of yoga to make them accessible to all.
