Good Morning Yoga is for yogis who have a more established yoga practice and need minimal direction. Although called 'Good Morning Yoga' these practices can be done at anytime of day.
There is plenty of variety in these practices. There's a good mix of strength, balance and flexibility practices over the course of each week. Most practices end with a short meditation to help begin the day intentionally.
Mondays - An uplifting and energising practice which may include Sun Salutations, Vinyasa flow
Wednesdays - A strengthening practice - these often focus on core or upper body strength
Fridays - A flexibility-focused practice.
