SUNDAY STILLNESS

Sunday Stillness is a collection of gentle, guided meditation practices created to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

These recordings are taken from our monthly Sunday Stillness meditations and are offered in flexible formats. Some sessions are a single longer practice (around 30 minutes), while others are shared as shorter options — such as three brief meditations, or a combination like 20 minutes and 10 minutes — so you can choose what best fits your time and energy.

The practices themselves are simple, accessible, and grounding. They may include breath awareness, body sensing, mindfulness, and gentle reflection. This is not about emptying the mind or getting meditation “right,” but about learning how to pause, soften, and be with yourself as you are.

Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an established practice, Sunday Stillness can be done seated or lying down, at home, whenever you need a moment of quiet.

A quiet reset. A steady anchor. A softer way to begin again.
