The Yoga Habit Practices are all 30-minute sessions for
- Beginner yogi's
- Those who who want a slower paced practice
- Established yogi's who would like to revisit the physical foundations of yoga, breath and meditation
- People who want to begin their work day stretching their bodies and clearing their minds
- Anyone who loves to begin their day with yoga & meditation and wants to be part of a totally fantastic community.
A typical practice will include these components:
- Each session will begin with a brief centring exercise to help you arrive in the present moment
- Gentle warm-up to stretch and awaken the body
- Sun Salutations
- Standing and balancing poses
- Seated cooling stretches
- Meditation

Yoga Habit practices are on Zoom is every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 7am GMT.

3. View your "Dashboard" in the upper right to view your courses and memberships
4. Press play on the video you'd like to practice along with.
