Yoga Foundations is a calm, supportive class designed for complete beginners and for anyone who wants to revisit the basics of yoga.
In this class we take time to slow things down and build understanding. You’ll learn how to move safely and confidently through foundational yoga postures, how to breathe in a way that supports your body, and how to begin building a practice that feels steady, strong, and sustainable.
The pace is unhurried, with clear guidance, options, and plenty of reassurance. There is no pressure to “keep up,” no expectation to be flexible, and no need for any prior yoga experience.
Although this class is aimed at beginners, you don’t have to be new to yoga to enjoy it. Many experienced practitioners find real value in returning to the foundations — refining alignment, reconnecting with the breath, and rediscovering the simplicity at the heart of yoga.

A monthly membership is the most supportive (and cost-effective) way to practise. It encourages consistency, helps your practice develop steadily over time, and offers the best value if you plan to attend regularly.
That said, there is no obligation — you’re always welcome to drop in when it feels right for you.
All you need to bring is a willingness to begin where you are.
